Kiwi did not provide me with service I paid for.I did not receive boarding pass for one of five passengers on my way back from Berlin to Riga on 5th of December.After many calls to Kiwis support we identified their mistake and support stated that they will pay me back.Now Kiwi refuses to provide me with my funds back, and pay for their mistake. They also refuse to provide me with my call recordings which they are stating that they recall and warn their customers.Good companies care about customers, Kiwi cares about money only.When you pay for a service and don’t receive it – thats a scam.
