Excellent customer service! Really happy with the service. I don’t know why people say It as a scam company If you guys are educated enough please read the terms and conditions before making a reservation with any travel agency. They have clearly mentioned If you wish to secure your trip then you can purchase Kiwi.com Guarantee and I have purchased it and my flight got cancelled multiple times though It was not their mistake but still they provided me a free alternative. Kiwi company is legit I think the customers are not educated 🙏🏻 they need every service free of cost which is not possible 😂
