EVERYTHING WENT WRONG. I bought Istanbul to Barcelona ticket from Kiwi in July 2021. My flight was canceled at the same mouth and I requested to refund. I consistently wrote them about my refund but no one answered until today after 1.5 years. They say “We did our best to get your money back from them, but unfortunately, it wasn’t possible. As we don’t expect further development, we have to close your refund request.” WHAT?? IT IS STEALING!! Where can I report this company? I was officially SCAMMED.
