I had ordered an important shoe, meant to help with my condition on January 1st and its now January 13th and I have not received this or any correspondence (apart from an email sent immediately after purchasing, confirming my purchase). What is very fustrating is that, now I’ve stumbled onto some of these reviews where kickscrew is being likened to being a scam?! I will need someone to reach out with an update of my purchase and shipment or issue a refund ASAP. J
