I ordered two pair of shoes on 1/3/23 and I received a confirmation of just one of the pairs. Here it is 1/17/23 and I have yet to receive any tracking number for the other pair. There is no number to call and the only other way you can get in touch with someone is through email, which I sent an email on 1/11/23. I have not heard back from anyone, and the website says that it takes three days. The website also states that if you don’t receive a tracking number then you will be charged 15% of the total cost, which I don’t think is right! I will not buy from here again … SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE
