Please beware. Do NOT order from these scammers. I WISH I had done my diligence and read the negative reviews before throwing away my money on this scam of a company. I placed an order for two garments. It took about a month to get them. One of the garments was not the item I ordered. I reached out to customer service who made me provide photos of the erroneous incorrect delivery, which I provided. Then they offered me a hollow apology and an offer of a voucher toward a future purchase worth a fraction of the amount I paid for the garment I never got.I refused and told them I either wanted the sweater I ordered or a full refund and I got NO reply. So I started over and got the same runaround. I have emailed them a third time (I know…insane, but even baseball batters get three chances) asking again to either send me what I ordered or to give a full refund.I will come back and take this review down if they make it right. In the meantime, Beware and save your money. Learn from my ridiculous mistake.
