Justfly.com is a scam, a fraudulent company that will take your money and not issue plane tickets. I attempted to cancel my $8,000 booking within one hour and there was no place to cancel it on their website. When I called the only number available, a woman with a thick accent responded and said, “You have to pay $700” to cancel. She sent an email to me confirming the cancellation with a 3-page long disclaimer listing a hundred reasons why getting a refund is never possible. Stay away from Justfly.com and use a travel agent!
