I am supposed to travel in a month time but unfortunately I have to cancel my trip. I tried to cancel my tickets but they are non refundable tickets (written in small) or exchangeable tickets. There is apparently nothing anybody can do to help, I am about to loose $2000. Such a scam. I will never ever use justfly again. Terrible service. Terrible company .
