Justfly.com is a scam, a fraudulent company that will take your money and not issue plane tickets. I attempted to cancel my $8,000 booking within one hour and there was no place to cancel it on their website. When I called the only number available, a woman with a thick accent responded and said, “You have to pay $700” to cancel. She sent an email to me confirming the cancellation with a 3-page long disclaimer listing a hundred reasons why getting a refund is never possible. I never got my tickets nor a refund.I am disputing the charges with my bank and I submitted a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission as well as to the BBB. I am in the process of starting a class-action law suit against them. Their scheming has to stop.
