Terrible! I was promised a refund and 4 months later I am STILL waiting just for it to be processed. I’ve been given the runaround each time I call. Sometimes it’s being processed and others a request was never made. It’s all a scam. Not to mention, it’s at least an hour hold before you speak to someone. Don’t book with them.
