SCAM!!!! JustFly is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with! I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews before buying a ticket. I bought a refundable/changeable roundtrip ticket because I didn’t know my return date ($3000). I’ve spoken to 4 agents over the course of 5 days which was very stressful because the ticket needed to be changed by today or I would be penalized with a $500 bill for a no show. Each agent gave me different information or was not able to help me or told me someone would call me back to help (which did not happen). The last agent I spoke to said, “You can’t change the destination, you have to rebook the ticket using the same departure and arrival city at a $200 cost. If you cancel you will have to pay the airline $500. I questioned and questioned her, I asked to speak to a manager, and all I got was a hard no. I finally called the airline to see if JustFly knew what they were doing or not and I found out that all of the above was complete BS. I have a fully refundable ticket, or a ticket where I can change the arrival or departure city. FYI… on the day of departure call the airline. They take control of the ticket on the day of departure with a few hours notice. Before the departure day they can’t do anything. So, I called this morning and got $2000 back (minus a $200 fee) for the unused 1/2 of the trip. JustFly is a HORRIBLE company!!! The agents and the managers make up their rules. It’s complete BS. Don’t use them!
