I was scammed by this company. I had a problem with my Roku TV and was referred to Just Answer for $1.00. As soon as I was transferred I was notified that I would also be charged $55.00. At that point, I terminated the service. I immediately terminated the conversation. I call Just Answer and requested a refund and termination of the service. I spoke to Camille and she said she would refund. She did not refund me yet. I contacted my bank and disputed the charge, but that is not resolved either. Once they get your credit card number for $1.00, they just charge your account for the $55.00. THIS IS SHADY!!!!
