I agree with several comments below, this is essentially a fraud website. I was clear in my ask to let me know the charges before connecting me with some one. I was told i will only be charged $2. Apparently, somewhere on the credit card entry page they mentioned membership fee of 79 dollars & total charge put was $82. Now they are not issuing a refund and will log a request with BBB. Contacted customer support and they mentioned they cannot refund.
