This is a scamming company. I clicked on the website and understood I would be charged £1 to ask a question. Which by the way was never answered. They proceeded to take a further £24. I was an angry at that but didn’t realise that they would take it monthly. I didn’t think it was possible without my explicit consent to a direct debit.
