Scam. They tell you its $5 to get a question answered and you’re automatically signed up for a membership. You’ll receive absolutely no information about the membership nor have any idea how to cancel until after you see charges on your account and the little 800-number in the transaction. Avoid at all cost. They only provide the same answers that you can google for yourself.
