As other people have commented.they use the agreed £5.00 one off payment to generate more UNAGREED payments.The was an excessive waiting time for the supposed answer, then a charge of £27.00 for a subscription I did not approve AND WOULD NOT have approved.I gave up waiting for an answer. They clearly wanted to get more money by getting you to pay a premium.Big SCAM and very dishonest. Avoid.
