Their service appeared as a pop up. It was only one pound. So I accepted. The solution in the form of the BT helpline number did not do the job for me so I just searched elsewhere. Then a week later I got stung for 35 pounds with no warning. Apparently I had signed up to a monthly contract for five years. This is a scam and disgraceful marketing behaviour. Wish I had never touched their service. Don’t touch justanswer.
