The same as others – I too did not realise that my initial £5 bought me their membership costing £35 which appeared on my bank statement. I left a review about this two days ago which has disappeared so here I am again! My bank told me they receive many complaints agains this company but they are unable to refund. Vanessa from the Just Answer customer suport team answered my previous review and said this was “definitely not the experience we want to create for our customers” I draw her attention to the 12% (and probably more who didn’t send reviews) who think as I did about their service which many have described as a scam.
