Absolute scam. £1 initially but then they sign you up for £35 Cancelled this. They kept saying half a dozen experts were looking for the answer but none came back to me. I was cooking dinner at the same time so looked it up on You Tube and fixed it myself then went back to cooking. Left them a message asking them to donate the £1 to a charity of their choice as they had not earned it.
