I used them for online advice for £5 once, during an emergency situation when a pet was dying. Allegedly I signed up to a monthly subscription for £27, which I was NOT aware of and haven’t used, that has built up to over £500 now. I did not spot on my online banking because it was done through PayPal. Customer service say it is my fault and will refund nothing. Going by my experience and other reviews, it seems they make their money by scamming people using their service in stressful life situations, not knowing what they are letting themselves in for. This is not a small amount of money to be losing for 0 goods in turn.
