When you need immediate assistance you may miss the fine print that this is a membership. You are agreeing to be charged $29 per month until you cancel,and they are banking on you missing that tidbit. And,even though they can tell what question(s) and how often you’ve used the service, they will not offer a refund for any charges. I can’t call this scam a scam,but this is how a lot of scams work. Just saying.
