I would rate this as minus zero however that is not an option. Had only a few emails about an online purchase I had made about the shipping. They never answered my question and then charged a monthly membership fee of 66.00 and a 2.00 other fee. Absolute horrible scam. will be reporting to federal trade commission. I was not advised there was any fee for this service and did not authorize these charges. Horrible experience
