I just found out after I spoke to one of the technician, and paid $2 charge, JUSTANSWER starts to charge me a monthly fee without any authorization. Called the number 1-800-2401371, and they refuse to refund, and cannot provide any proof of my authorization other than I asked a question! BE AWARE! This website is a fraud!
