SCAM! Kept sending emails for tracking and updates. Order never progressed “item” was never accepted at the postal office. Customer services repeatedly said my order is processing no worries. Still no progress with tracking I received. I requested for a refund, was told no worry it’s being sent out soon. I responded no thank you please send refund. Suddenly days later I received an automatic email stating back up orders and low staff due to Covid please do not reply to this message. FRAUD!
