    This company is a mascarade. Ordered a watch, then I just emailed the customer service to ask if they could send me ASAP they said no because item is not in stock. They said 1 to 3 days to send. But then after replying to their message and few day after an other person answered that they will get the item in 1 to 2 weeks. Then time for shipment from us to France 1 to 2 weeks 2. Meaning 1 month from the purchase to the reception. Are we in 2022 ? The worse is that it is a scam as they advertise fake informations on their website. I bought it because I could get it before a certain date. They induced me to a wring decision. I asked them if they could send me an other watch they have in stock and I liked instead but they would cover the small price difference but they said NO. 10usd discount only. If I did not.message them to ask questions after my order nobody would have let me know the order would be shipped between 1 to 2 weeks.This is a joke, a scam.They finally cancelled my order with the cancellation.motie to be “customer change of mind”. A big company that is willing to loose customer and to appear like unprofessional just for a few dollars. PLease ALL EUROPEAN people, DO NOT do business with them you will certainly be disappointed after being attracted with good prices. it is just a bait.
