When I first tried to cancel before the 24 hour deadline they said I could try the program for a month or two and then cancel. Well I signed up in mid October think I could try it out. Well after several days I never heard from a doctor or received a weight loss plan or a weight loss prescription I asked to cancel my subscription on October 24. I was then told by the representative that it was no longer up to him but up to the billing department to assess my situation! I have been waiting for over 3 weeks to hear back from anyone. They have charged me for November even though I have never received services or lost weight. The worst company I have ever dealt with. This is a scam and I will be going to the better business bureau.
