Hello, I used to order from this website last year and I did receive my orders on time, but strangely this year, my order was awaiting shipment for 3 weeks now and there was no reply from customer service… after reading several reviews here, I am regretful that I did not realise this website is now as SCAM… luckily, I did not order a lot and I will never order from this website again…
