I feel irritated giving even 1 star to this company. It’s been almost 3 months since I last placed my order…I’ve also emailed customer service 4 times to which I received not a single word back from them. Now, my order is stuck in the same shipping status for over a month without an exact location of my package (the tracking doesn’t disclose this information for some reason).I was initially very excited to order from this since I saw J.ing over Instagram but this has been a total scam. Don’t waste your time because you’re just going to end up disputing this claim with your credit card company to get your money back.. which I have to do now.
