I placed an order over 10 days ago- I asked the status, it’s a sweater.. they said it’s a “custom” order and it takes longer to “make”… they don’t make them there… I asked for a refund and no response, this after paying an additional $22 for expedited shipping… should have read these other reviews, they are a scam…
