My name is Maurice Helton I sent this company my series 5 Apple Watch in perfect condition I recorded myself removing the iCloud from device also took it to Apple and got the condition rated by Apple I sent my device and it was received December 2nd after it was received I was told it would be accessed and my claim would be paid out in 3-5 days I contacted them on day 4 they notified me it would now take 5-6 days on the 6th day they then said it would take 7 day I later receive a email 3 hours later saying the have processed my claim and they can’t offer me any money because the found activation I cloud lock may I remind you I recorded myself removing the iCloud on my device for this very reason lol they haven’t sent me any proof that device is iCloud locked because it isn’t and didn’t send any information on how I can receive my device back just telling me to remove a iCloud from the device that is not really there so they can keep my device for free this company are scammers but I will be filing criminal and civil charges I guess they should have seen I was a lawyer before trying this
