First and last order I am going to place in iHerb company. I placed my order for empty gelatin capsules, November 6, 2020 and supposed to be delivered on November 8. I was waiting for it and finally tracked it, seen a picture of it being placed in the most visible area of my porch. We were home that day too the whole day when it supposedly delivered because of the bad storm that hit our community. No doorbell, no text. Been checking my front door, nothing. Then suddenly there was a photo of a box placed in my porch. You have a bad courier, whoever it is that deliver the items I ordered. I feel like you steal money and will continue to victimize people with your lousy discounted items. And NO, I don’t blame porch pirates because I have been ordering stuff from many companies and they deliver it and leave it too in my porch but always notify me and they put it in a most canceled area of the porch. Who is going around stealing empty gelatin? Sure blame it to porch pirates, you bunch of scam bags. What a disappointment!
