Houzz (houzz.com)

I was unfortunate to have work done by a terrible trader. His website was full of pics of lovely work, but it turned out these were lifted from free pic sites and other peoples work. As he is listed on Houzz, I left a review. They refused to print it. There is a FAKE review on there, so obviously posted by the trader himself, and I complained to Houzz, and they are refusing to take it down. I think traders pay Houzz to advertise, and therefore, Houzz are protecting their own interests. So Houzz are as unprofessional as this scammer who did work for me.Postscript. As you can see from the response from Houzz, they say they ”welcome” a review from me. I have sent 2 reviews, and they have refused to post both. They also advise homeowners to research the trader concerned. This must sure involve checking reviews from trade sites, and as Houzz have a review posted for this trader, I have told them it is fake, with photographic proof, but they have refused to check it or remove it. So Houzz are providing misleading information to the buying public. So my review of Houzz stands. They are misleading and only support the PAYING traders
