Terrible Experience. The item came damaged and also not what the picture made it seem. the dimensions are totally off. the desk is much smaller than the picture showed. The pieces did not work properly in order to build the desk. I called in to return the desk, they made the process super hard and confusing. I emailed them all the pictures proving my complaints. they never got back to me. I emailed again with no response. I try to call and I wait on hold for 15-20 minutes until the call is disconnected. I spent 800 on this awful desk and I just want to return it. I feel like I was scammed. I am going to have to charge back at my bank if I dont hear back asap!
