Zero customer service! A scam company!!!! We waited for the order more than 6 months. The last part of the order was a rug that showed up in low quality and a terrible smell. I had to store it in garage because of that smell. If was far away not similar with the one in the picture. They refuse to take it back and refund the money!!!! Avoid this website!!!! Scam!!!!!!
