A couple of things to think about if you are on the fence about buying from this company:1. The products do not work as advertised. The results were nothing like they are in the swish advertising.2. The customer service is genuinely appalling. Like talking to a Bot. They will not let you return anything even though the products are unfit for purpose. They will tell you that ‘every person’s whitening journey is different’ which is their way of covering the fact that you will get no results at all. I talked to them about the UK consumer rights act 2015, but they were absolutely not interesting in abiding by it.3. If you try to relate your genuine experience on social media, they take down your comments and block you – clearly a very professional operation.To sum up, this is basically a scam and you should avoid this company like the plague.
