This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Before even applying for a place they told me they would accept my dividend income on my bank statement as proof of income, however came back saying they won’t accept it and I’m not approved. They claim to have a 24 hour cancelation window however I tried to cancel only a few hours after making a reservation by call only to he hung up on, sms only to be ignored as soon as I present the issue, by email only to be completely ignored. They are quick to take your money but refuse to respond in any way at all or abide by their policies. I will get my money back from these scam artists whatever it takes. Do not do business with these people!
