If I could rate this company lower than 1 I would. I ordered a Christmas gift for my brother at the end of November. I got an email on December 4th saying that one of my items was out of stock, more than half a week later. I wasn’t too bothered by this at the time, just a little annoyed that an item listed as being in stock was actually out of stock. Then the waiting game began. It’s currently December 28 and my items haven’t even SHIPPED yet. I have contacted customer support countless times but each time they just tell me that they will send me the tracking number once my package is shipped, most companies are able to provide me with a tracking number 1-2 days after I place my order, sometimes even instantly. These articles of clothing better be good since it’s taking a month to “quality check” them. Lastly, the customer service emails have horrible grammar. Sure it’s not a big deal but it definitely makes your company seem unprofessional, especially when it’s simple mistakes like forgetting words in sentences or misspelling simple words. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don’t mind waiting forever. (Or potentially not get your package AT ALL.)Edit: I just looked at the website and the apparel section is GONE. I ordered a bomber jacket and pants. Most definitely got scammed.
