What a waste. This is the worst travel insurance ever….don’t fall for it. Totally not worth it as they seem to find any reason to not cover your claims, so really there is no point and it is a SCAM. I submitted a few travel claims over the past few months and they have taken forever to process (sometimes up to 5+ months). The customer service is lacking and there is not even a telephone number for the claims department. The final decisions are always listed as “This condition is not covered due to pre-existing limitation.” Which in every case I experienced is not true. I think they hope that you just give up so they can keep your money. SO DISAPPOINTED.
