WorldTrips/Atlas Insurance/UnitedHealthCare is one gigantic fraud. Bought this for my mom who escaped from Ukraine and arrived with pneumonia. They denied all claims. Doctors, testing, labs, medicine – all of it. The doctor’s office complained that they kept requesting documentation for the visit, which the doctor’s office submitted electronically ( not by mail or fax). And then I would get a bill saying the claim was closed due to lack of documentation. Thank G-d for all the wonderful doctors who either paid, or discounted or written off some of the bills. Do not buy insurance for WorldTrips. Use the money for your immediate needs.
