This company is scam, then don’t pay out anything.Their policy stated that in case of flight delay or cancelation they will pay 100 usd/day and you don’t have to pay deductible.After 5 months of emails (it takes them 1 month to answer) they said they will not cover covid test that I had to take because mine expired due to cancelled flight. My experience is same as other people had who left reviews here or on yelp.Be aware that there is a site with fake reviews where everyone praises this company.
