I wish I had researched this company before ordering, but the ads on Facebook don’t really identify who they are until it’s too late. No contacts, no customer service, the cleaner mop thing I spent over $40 for (sale price lol) is nothing like described, not adjustable and folds wrong directions! Scam – shame on FB for allowing!!! Took Almost two months to get!
