Ordered a Fridge Freezer and Washing Machine, received invoices via Email, Monday got a delivery date for Friday 17th November 2022. I was curious as I had not received tracking info, I tried searching on Google and they had disappeared and all was showing were these poor reviews. I emailed them Friday evening and just got an Email response claiming part of my order was delivered in Chesire and was refused – I live in the West Midlands. The invoices clearly state my address. They have said they will deliver in 4-5 days and as a goodwill gesture an offer of a Slow Cooker. NO THANKS!I have completed the refund request and emailed them over but also raised this with my Banks Fraud Department- this is disgusting and I do not know how they fan sleep at night. Reporting to Trading Standards also.The Website has magically reappeared today.
