I ordered a tv on Black Friday. Was given a delivery for 2nd December for delivery and installation. No TV arrived. Then had email to say it had been delivered to a wrong address. Was offered a free toaster and £50 as compensation. The email was suspicious, why did the invoice have my address but delivery address was completely different. I looked online and saw that it was a scam company. Currently raising a dispute with my credit card company.
