This company is a scam….I got recommendation from my friend to try Grover out if I don’t want to by expensive product (even though I can afford it quite well), because renting it is a bit more environmental friendly, faster, and in the end, if I don’t need the product anymore, I can send it back and they can lend it to other customers.And here are my problems with them:- First of all, their response time is horrible. How a company dare to advertise they’ll answer in two hours and they even struggle to answer in 24h.- Second, they fail to get through my profile in the credit check. 4 TIMES! Even though they suggested me to try to rent for less time (3 months) and less product that I wanted to rent initially. Plot twist, still declined without any reason…Why the hell asking for credit card if then fails to complete the process and don’t even provide details why it was failed… They don’t even generally understand how credit cards works… I help you, the name suggest, CREDIT!! Let me decide what can I afford and how I’ll settle the costs with my bank.Horrible how they manage these things, their advertisement is misleading.I asked for account deletion after these 4 failed attempts, hope they can do this right finally (according to GDPR law Article 17, they need to delete every information about me as soon as I ask).Overall, no-one should use their services. The advertisement sounds good, but they fail to deliver…Very negative experience…
