I found myself pleased with this service until I found my laptop no longer working and the “repair” policy to be NOTHING NEAR STATED at the time of initiation. I have now been paying on a laptop for over 12 months, just about to pay $1 for the product as indicated in the contract to be told that for repairs I must now cancel the service, no replacement or return of repaired item, and can start a new cycle all over. This company intentionally misled me and I can’t call this anything but a scam. 90% of repairs covered with NO POSSIBILITY of getting the item back after a year of payments. Not what I was sold. You can also only communicate via delayed chat. Stay clear of this company.
