I unfortunately experienced fraud via Grailed as a seller. I was out over 1k and PayPal decided the case in the buyer’s favor despite the overwhelming evidence I provided them with. I disputed the case with PayPal more times than I can count and was going back and forth with them for months. I relayed all this info to Grailed and they investigated the case on their end and took it upon themselves to resolve the issue with me. This was extremely reassuring to me as a seller on their platform. They offered protection where PayPal fell wrongfully short. I’m happy to say I feel safe to continue selling on Grailed knowing I have seller protection.
