Gogate is fraud. I booked ticket and then airlines changed the timing. I called airlines and they agreed to cancel and refund ticket. Then I contacted Gogate and they said they will charge 17 dollars for processing. I asked them why that 17 dollars and was corresponding back and forth for 14 days. when i contacted Gogate, they responded back saying that i will not get any refund and the ticket is closed.
