Worst customer service ever. I had to cancel my flight with the airline and it was a fully refundable ticket, no cancellation fees. It even says so on gotogate’s website. But for over a year now they refuse to reimburse me. The airline confirms that they reimbursed gotogate, so they have my money and won’t give it to me. They give me a different excuse every time I complain. It is unconscionable. Terrible, terrible fraudulent company. Stay away.
