NEVER, EVER BOOK ANYTHING ON GOTOGATE.Booked a flght with them (1.400EUR), and then shortly after then airline rescheduled my flight. No big deal, I thought. The dates proposed by the airline were not matching my availble dates, so I had to reschedule.Long story short, I have called Gotogate 12 times (yes, twelve) and they response that I have is that they are waiting for the confirmation from the airline, and that they cannot do anything. By the way, this was in a time span of 45 days.I’ll miss my flight because I cannot travel on the rescheduled dates. I called the airline, and according to them, it can be rescheduled FOR FREE but it has to be done by the company who made the booking.Support is poor, rude and completely useless. I will be reporting them as fraud, any other ideas will be greatly appreacited.
