I paid for my ticket twice by mistake,so i paid 2 x £146.99p these scammers refuse to give me my money back.I have emailed them more than 100 times and i keep getting the same old excuses.Dont ever book thru this lying cheating scamming company.Martin Hedlund the ceo of e travali who owns gotogate,you should be ashamed of yourself.I will be coming to SEwden soon and i will pay you a visit.I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK thats owed to me.I have provided the two transactions from my bank statement several times but thees indian call centre workers are trained to make it as hard as possible to get a refund.Countless excuses,ive heard them all.
